The Rape and Abuse Line (RAL) is a registered charity that offers a freephone, confidential helpline to persons who have survived rape or abuse however long ago the experiences were. We also offer support to the family or partner of the person who has been affected.
In some parts of the Highlands & Islands, Moray and Lochaber areas of Scotland we can offer face-to-face support or counselling.
