This year RAL hopes to extent its support services to a much wider area of the North of Scotland.  Although this is a daunting task, the organisation is competent in its ability to deliver its high standard of service to more people.
A pilot email support service is to be rolled out this year, initially in rural and remote areas where access to support is geographically difficult.


This is a major undertaking and a necessary development.  The email software is currently under development and we hope to have this service ready for use in March.

RAL also hopes to increase the numbers of volunteers again this year, and for the first time RAL is holding an all male recruitment to specifically attract more males to support work
